Overview
OMOPHub gives healthcare data teams instant API access to the OHDSI standardized vocabularies: 11M+ concepts across 120+ vocabularies, including SNOMED CT, ICD-10, LOINC and RxNorm. It offers semantic and multilingual search, cross-vocabulary mappings, hierarchy navigation, FHIR-to-OMOP resolution, a FHIR terminology service, Python/R/Node SDKs and an MCP server for AI agents. Pricing is simple: the free plan includes 3,000 API calls per month with no card required and no overage charges. Paid plans scale up for production workloads, and private cloud deployment is available. OMOPHub is a bootstrapped company founded in 2025 by Alex Chen.
