Choose Design & Creative if…

Tip: Many projects use both: generate the image first, then place it into a design.

Practical questions about AI tools

Straight answers to the things people ask before choosing a tool. Have another question? Contact us and we'll help.

What is the difference between an AI chatbot and an AI agent?

A chatbot mainly answers in conversation: you ask, it replies. An AI agent is built to carry out multi-step tasks on your behalf, such as gathering information, filling in forms or updating other apps, usually with some oversight from you. Many products blend both, so check what a tool can do on its own and what still needs your approval.

Do I need separate tools for images, video and audio?

Often yes. Most tools specialize in one type of media, and the best result usually comes from combining them, for example generating images, animating them with a video tool and adding a voiceover from an audio tool. All-in-one platforms exist, but compare their quality in each area before relying on one.

How do I compare two tools in the same category?

Run the same real task through both. Use the same prompt or input, then compare output quality, time saved, editing effort, free-plan limits and the total cost at the level you will actually use. A quick side-by-side test tells you more than a feature list.

Which category should a small business start with?

Start with the category tied to your biggest time sink. For many small businesses that is Productivity & Automation for meeting notes and repetitive tasks, Marketing & Sales for content and outreach, or Chatbots & Virtual Assistants for customer questions. Pick one, test it for a few weeks and measure the time it saves before adding more.
