AI can be remarkably capable, but using it well still takes work. One of the biggest frustrations is that AI often lacks continuity: a new conversation can mean starting over, re-explaining your background, repeating prior decisions, and rebuilding the context that made earlier responses useful. Even when an AI model produces a strong result, getting there can involve a meaningful learning curve—learning how to frame requests, provide relevant information, and clarify what the model needs to know.

I built Enlive because I experienced that problem firsthand. I found myself repeatedly explaining my personal situation, work, priorities, preferences, and ongoing projects whenever I opened a new conversation or tried a different AI model. Over time, the repetition became frustrating. Important context was scattered across files, emails, chat histories, meeting notes, and past conversations, but none of that context naturally carried forward into the next AI interaction.

That creates a gap between how people actually work and how most AI tools currently operate. People do not start each task with a blank slate. We build on previous conversations, decisions, documents, relationships, and goals. Yet AI often treats every new session as if it is the first time it has met you. The result can be generic answers, repeated explanations, lost momentum, and a lot of unnecessary effort.

Enlive is designed to make that process more continuous. It gives users a way to bring the parts of their digital footprint that they choose to connect—such as files, emails, chats, and meetings—into a shared profile. The purpose is to help keep relevant personal and project context available when it is needed, rather than forcing someone to manually reconstruct it from scratch in every new conversation.
Instead of repeatedly copying old notes into prompts or trying to remember what was discussed in a previous session, users can work from a more consistent foundation. Enlive is intended to help organize the context behind a person’s work: the information that explains who they are, what they are trying to accomplish, what has already been decided, and what should be considered in the next task.

Another challenge is that the AI landscape changes quickly. Different models can be better for different tasks, and people may want the freedom to explore or switch between them without losing the background information they have built over time. Enlive is designed to make that transition easier by supporting a shared context layer rather than tying someone’s full working history to a single conversation or AI model.

At its core, Enlive is about reducing repetition and helping AI interactions feel more useful, personal, and connected. It is being built for people who want to spend less time reintroducing themselves to AI and more time using it to move their work, ideas, and lives forward.
